An evaporative condenser removes excess heat from a cooling system. The excess heat is removed by evaporating water. The evaporative condenser consists of a cabinet with a water-sprayed condenser, and one or more fans as per requirements.
NSSPL Evaporative condensers are designed for industrial refrigeration, it lowers system condensing temperatures thereby reducing compressor horsepower, saving huge amount of energy compared to other traditional atmospheric condensers this cost-effective cooling solution condenses refrigerant vapour in a cooling coil that is continuously sprayed with water. As the water evaporates, fans reject this heated refrigerant vapours to the atmosphere.
The refrigerant vapours to be condensed are circulated through a condensing coil, which is continually wetted on the outside by a recirculating water system. Air is pulled over the coil, causing a small portion of the recirculating water to evaporate. The evaporation removes refrigerant vapours heat from the in the coil, causing it to condense.
